We recently had Matthew’s install carbon fiber straps at a renovation project and they exceeded expectations across the board. We had Matthews Wall Anchor out to install anchors for our home. Overall the job they did was acceptable. However, I will point out 2 issues that we encountered. The basement wall was drywalled, so they had to cut through that to get to the block wall. I thought that the cuts that they made through the dry wall were significantly larger and rougher than then needed to be. This caused a much larger dry wall repair bill than I should have had.
