Matthew’s did an excellent job at our home. They installed 6 wall anchors and secured our foundation perfectly. They were in and out quickly, they took care of all inspections for us, and they were professional and cleaned up the site very well. I would use them for any job.
Flipping a house. Had water coming into the gutted basement. Someone from Matthews comes out to assess and the plan is to interior waterproof with channels and sump pumps. I’ve done that before multiple times with another company that went out of business during the pandemic and it worked great. They put the system in and there’s still water. I call and they send someone out and he tells me it’s not from their system failing. Suggests I do an exterior French drain. Wasted $12k, warranty is worthless.
