Brought car in that was making a grinding sound at the rear wheel. i believed it to be a bearing but was told that there was no problem with the bearing. It continued to make noise so after inspecting it closer myself I brought it to another repair shop. I was told and showed the problem. I will never go back to Matthews, this could have been a serious accident.
The autobody shop itself is great. Clear cut and good price. But heres why I’m writing a review. The girls up front. Alisha was mature enough to deliver high quality customer service by being kind. Amy on the other hand, needs to have a job at a call center where employees are not expected to smile or be nice at all. Her presence is extremely uncomfortable to even be in the same room as. I used to go to matthews in Menasha but I will never go there again. Sean told me that I needed all this stuff for my vehicle as it turned out I didn't need any of it. He diagnosed my problem all wrong.. I recommend staying far away from matthews and for that matter, SEAN ALSO!!!!
The team at mathews is great. They are so friendly and accommodate me with my schedule.
They fixed my car the same afternoon we called and did a great job. Very pleasant people. Will keep going back.
