I was wheels down on the West coast for a business trip. First text was my daughter back in NH with a dead battery and no way to change it. I called Matt who answered right away. He didn’t have the needed battery in stock but drove to pick one up prior to arriving where my daughter was at. On the way he noticed another driver stranded on the roadside and helped them out as well. Upon arriving he was professional and courteous, easily swapping the battery for my daughter. AAA refused to help because of a steep and icy driveway. Matthew sent Ed to help. Ed was quick, polite and competent. He got me out quickly and with a minimum of fuss. Matthew charged me a very reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
Ran out of fuel in work van on rt3. I called Matt he said he could be there in 20 minutes and was early. It was great to call someone with quick response time due to I having to be at another job site. 5 gallons of gas and a quick delivery at a very fair price. Definitely recommend
Called Mathew for service call on a semi-truck, he said he was coming in 40 min, after an hour he was not there I called to check in on his eta, he hang up saying that he is doing another call ahead of me, later texted saying I was giving him pressure and applied stress on him, and said he has doctors apt in 20 min., hopefully you will get healthy Matthew, but will not use you in future and will not recommend you to anyone else. Truck got fixed by the way by another qualified Tech in less when an hour.
