Lovely dental experiences visit after visit !!! I've been a client for the last 10 years. The staff is great, Dr. Gentry is great and he is very knowledgable and personable. We planned a major overhaul as part of my dental plan. Took me a few years to get onboard. We are now at the final step (three years later) and I am so pleased with the outcome. Thank you thank you thank you !!!! Always happy to pay a visit to my favorite dentist !! Highly recommend Dr. Gentry and his staff :)
My partner went here for dentistry work. He wasn't super pleased with the work done, about average. But what was the worst was the bill. He never received the first one, and they didn't send a reminder for MONTHS. Blamed covid but still demanded he pay all late fees, (500$). Very angry and disappointed. He was willing to pay the original bill 100% but we're both very unhappy with these late fees. :/ This isn't what we needed during covid all while trying to make ends meet!
Dr. Matthews and staff are very professional and care about their patients. They quickly identified issues that were missed by a previous dentist after seeing over 15 years. Needless to say, I appreciate their honesty and addressing needs of the patient. I highly recommend this dental practice.
I have been a patient for years. The staff and Dr Matthews are kind compassionate and caring. I still drive from Chapel Hill to see them.
