I have used Mr. Matthews before and he does a wonderful and thorough job in cleaning the house. He takes great pride in his work and always wants you to look and see how you think of what he did. Will use again.
I hate to change my original review but I am bc I had originally had a wonderful experience and was very pleased with the carpet cleaning. But 3 days later my carpets were still damp. (And most of the high traffic stains came back) I was told they’d be dry in 8 hours. I know nothing about carpets so I did nothing but waited, and over the following weeks my carpets smelled musty and so I finally just called asking about it and was criticized for not calling within two days instead of waiting so long. Matthew did a fantastic job with our home. In addition to being meticulous with our 3000 sq. ft house., he got out a pet vomit stain we thought had permanently ruined our 2 year old carpets. This included cleaning an area rug for about half the price of what others quoted. To boot, his personality was great and he presented very professionally, unlike past cleaners. We will be customers of Matthew's Quality Carpet Cleaning from here on out. The word "quality" actually means something to him. Highly recommended.

This review is a bit late but we used Matthews Quality Carpet Cleaning in June of 2023 to clean our office. He was prompt and did a great job on the office carpeting. It looked and smelled amazing. He came on a weekend!! We will definitely use them again! Nice guy too!
