I thought I needed new carpet because of all the stains, Matthews Quality Carpet cleaning completely removed ALL the stains!! My carpet literally looks brand new!! I am so grateful I do not need new carpet right away! I highly recommend this local business for any carpet/rug cleaning you may need!! Definite 5 star rating!! Thank you
Lee does a fantastic job and gets rid of really hard to remove pet stains. Carpet looks brand new when he is done.
Unfortunately, the quality of work i think was compromised because I asked for a senior citizan ddiscount. The stains in the living room remains. Maybe due to time constraints also but attitude is not as friendly and accommodating as from a previous experience. I sensed a feeling of dissatisfaction due to the lowered price. Rooms were cut in 3rd due to unmoved furniture and still charged $50 a room as quoted. . So the discount should still be equitable.
Did a wonderful job. Exceeded expectations. Highly recommend.
