He came over maybe two times to fix some plumbing issues years ago. However, I have called him so many times during the years because he did some decent work. I have left messages and he has NEVER, even called me back once. My Real Estate Agent called him lately to see if he could return my call, which he replied that he would, but once again never called back. I was never mean to him and treated him well, so I don’t know what his deal is but it is highly unprofessional to never return someone’s call.
I’ve had an excellent experience with Matthew’s Plumbing! Matthew replaced two water heaters for me, repaired a pipe leading to my septic system, replaced shower valves, unclogged my drains, and installed new bathroom sink faucets. He was professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. Every job was done with care and attention to detail, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Matthew is an honest and well-mannered individual. He arrived on time with all the necessary supplies to complete the job. The work turned out to be more involved than he initially anticipated, but even when I offered to pay the difference, he stuck to his original proposal. Matthew took great care to protect our home, putting down floor coverings wherever he worked and thoroughly cleaning up afterward. Excellent service from Matthew who clearly performs fair and honest work. We reached out Sunday afternoon when our hot water heater failed and got a quick response which was impressive. Matthew was out promptly on Monday morning and we had the tank replaced by 1pm. Great to do business with Matthew and we will certainly be using him for any future plumbing repairs and projects.
