They were amazing. I sent a message and they responded in just a couple of minutes saying he had someone available to come so I called them and they had someone at my house 45 mins later. He kept looking until he found the issue and fixed it. Im so happy to have my water fixed. I will definitely be calling them anytime I have plumbing issues.
I called with emergency due to clogged HVAC drain line. Jon was very courteous and was able to fix the problem quickly. Definitely will recommend Matthew & Sons Plumbing.
Horrible customer service. Overpriced. Didn't give a quote before starting work. Didn't warranty work. Use anyone else bit these people
Called Matthew and Sons for clogged sink and water leak in the bathtub. Got a call back within 5 minutes and service the same day which is amazing in Louisiana Very professional and competent and cleaned up after himself. Will definitely use them again for plumbing issues and will refer them to others
