The actual moving crew was great & courteous & professional, but their back office/support/claims people (Michelle, specifically) are amazingly bad. Matthews unloaded us on 5/5/15 but it took numerous phone calls and 2-wk delay to even get a claim form for the outdoor dining table they broke during the move. We purchased insurance on the move as well, and even when their handyman came out to assess damage as repairable or not, he even acknowledged that it was simply a case of too much weight placed on the table during the mo... read more
