It’s either a scam or a sham? I half-hazardously purchased a used vehicle from Matthew Motors approximately 1.5 years ago. During the car purchase process, the finance manager added so many warranties and add ons, stating “I would do the same for my parents”, which substantially increased the monthly payment. The vehicle proved to be a constant problem-repairs, etc., as well as the trade in value, depreciation, of the vehicle dropped like a rock. Rob is my service provider, it takes us 3 weeks to replace the new head light system and before he fixes it Rob told us it will be a little over $900 but today we come to pick up the car it cost us over $1100 for the lights plus oil change so my overall price is $1235 and Rob said he will give us some discount bc it takes forever to fixing it, but I don’t see any discount that he mentions not just that when I pick up the car all my computer systems is not reset now I don’t have the coded to input for my radio, map etc… NOT H... read more
