Sales was great, Excellent price, flexible on the delivery schedule, delivery was speedy and old mattress hauled off. Everything was stellar until the delivery truck took out my internet cable knocking me out of commission for a day. Called Matthew's and left a message. The callback I got was a bit hostile with a "it's not our fault" right out of the gate. So stellar experience shot down just like that.
