Everyone was very friendly, I felt I got a good deal. I wasn’t pressured into buying a bed. They brought my bed sooner than they even were planning on bringing it. The set up was easy and helpful.

Prices and selection were good, but the service was not.We were told that the bed would likely be delivered by the end of the week. When we had heard nothing, I called and was told that it usually takes two weeks. When I explained that the estimate was for the end of the week, the associate said someone would call me back. No one did. Early the next week I called, and the associate said the paperwork was not there--maybe taken to a different store--but the original salesperson would call me. I bought from them because they are a family run business. The product does not off-gas (I did not want foam or non-biodegradable). I went back a week later and bought a second CA king mattress. The delivery guys were on time and did a great job. I am very satisfied 👍 Also they assemble..take old mattress away . Some places have a cheaper deal but drop your bed at the door. Michelle
