Outstanding service from start to finish. Other shops were backed up for weeks. Kevin got me in quickly, diagnosed the problem exactly, and did the repairs for a reasonable price! Would recommend this shop to anyone, and will be bringing more business soon!
I want to start off saying the owner of the boat shop kevin is a solid individual, very nice guy and straight forward on what's going on with my boat, plus the lady at the front is very sweet, and also the guys in the back have been very kind as well. Pretty much what I'm saying is they have great customers service. They were also fast and clean repair. So if you want someone good to work on your boat I would go here.
Very disappointed of this place... I took my sister's boat because it wasn't turning on, and they charged $150 to check what was wrong with the boat "diagnostic"., they called me back to tell me that they have to replace the battery, started and selenoide just to see if that was the problem, that costs $950 plus the $150, but if that wasn't the problem with the boat, they was going to keep looking the problem, basically they are not a mechanic, they just guessing... Mathews did a great job servicing and repairing another boat for me. They are always professional and very knowledgeable. I know I can trust them with my boat and know they are doing the right thing. You can tell that their employees really care about the work they do and have a lot of integrity in their work. I highly recommend them for all watercraft servicing and repair needs.
First time using Matthew's. Excellent experience, straight forward, and timely. This is my first call from now on.
