If I could leave 0 stars I would. This law firm handled the buyers portion of our house sale. If I had known how incompetent they are, I would have countered that both parties must use our lawyer. Not only did their inability to have all the paperwork turned in, or an appraisal even scheduled, lead to our closing over a month late, but then they sent our $27K check IN THE REGULAR MAIL with my husbands NAME SPELLED INCORRECTLY. Thank you SO very much for being an easy recommendation to AVOID.
