Shoutout to Matthews Law Group - Diane was honest in telling me that trying to sue a medical practice for a small amount wouldn’t be worth the time and money, but she also provided a simple approach that I did followup on and was able to cancel a financing arrangement with a medical practice that was billed and refused a refund for unused services and medications. Thank you Diane - you literally made my entire year :)
This was by far the best communication I have ever had with an attorney. She was direct and patient, her knowledge of both nursing and law made explaining things extremely easy. Injuries are complex issues and when someone has the experience and compassion of a nurse, combined with law experience it is really the best one can ask for. I went away from our consultation more knowledgeable about my situation and better prepared for my next steps.
Diane Matthews is wonderful because she is so compassionate. She is a human encyclopedia medical knowledge and the type of health care advocate everyone needs. Her problem solving skills and guidance helped me avoid having to go to court.
