Great service so far
Took my car here Tuesday night and dropped off for oil change and diagnostic. Was told 24 to 48 hours to diagnose. After almost 2 days of my car there i never could get a call back or a call letting me know what's up with my car. Drove up there to find out my car hasn't been touched. Not even the oil change. Turns out the advisor assigned to me was out sick and the tech. So how long were you going to make me borrow someone else vehicle until you looked at mine. So disappointed with this place and Kia in general. My son insisted on purchasing a brand new Kia after graduation (against my advise). He is now seeing the light. After numerous attempts to have multiple issues corrected, they will only fix one issue per visit. I suppose they assume their customers don’t have a job and can make multiple visits to the dealership each month. Not sure if the “lifetime warranty” is worth the paper is written on. I bought my car in April 23 and have had NOTHING but trouble with the service department. Including having the car towed because the plug came out after an oil change. I wish I had never bought this car and will not be using this service department again. They can't keep help, I never speak to the same person twice. No one takes notes or comments about the on going issues with the car. Horrible experience from day one.
