Original install was incorrect. Does not understand HVAC thermostats. Caused us to use our heatstrips for 2 months. Now will not return calls or emails. Would recommend the product not the dealer. Has no clue about customer service. Finally after 3 months and another company and bbb complaint installed correctly.
Have owned our Central Boiler for 15+ years & the water pump went out on a very cold Sunday afternoon. Can't thank Glenn Matthews enough for going above & beyond to make sure we got a new pump & didn't go a day/night without heat. I highly recommend Central Boiler & Matthews Heating Solutions.

I purchased a Central Boiler from Matthews Heating Service and after only 19 months of usage I have a leaking firebox!! Read Reviews on this product before buying! Lots of issues with this product and they do not honor warranty! Matthews Heating Solutions provides poor customer service.
