Engaged with Matthews Nov 2018 , paid 5 k deposit Jan 2019 found out in June 2019 nothing done and told we should get someone else, as Glen is ill. Health is obviously very important but a communication saying something after numerous follow ups would have been the right thing Now we wait for our 5 k to be returned , have once again not received the courtesy of the information other than only Glen can do that.
