Beware! He took our money, didn't do the work and didn't refund our money. In my opinion, that's a description of a thief. He convinced us he was in need of money but trustworthy so we paid him in advance to clean and waterproof our deck and power wash our shed's roof. Afterwards he said he couldn't clean the roof, but didn't give us the money back for that and didn't do the deck. After we complained he said he forgot.
