These fans are spectacular, I have three in my house and love them. Also, when I had issues with an installation.... which was acknowledged to be on my part... their service team was exceptional, possibly the best I had ever dealt with. All around product quality and service is off the charts. Thanks!
My fan is 6 years old and the motor failed. I contacted customer service and they sent out a new motor and update wall remote the same day. great communication and fantastic support of their product. I would go out of my way to purchase a Matthews Fan again!
