I was hesitant to go to therapy for a long time, but my experience with Jesse Matthews was excellent. He listened, made me feel validated, and really normalized the issues I was having. I felt very comfortable and able to talk about anything. I left with increased self-confidence, less anxiety, and with a more positive outlook than I had before. I highly recommend Dr. Jesse Matthews.
I’ve had about five sessions with Dr. Matthews. I went in with an open mind and thought counseling was a productive, healthy good idea. However, after these five sessions I feel significantly worse about my problems. He flip flopped like a politician what he said to me depending on who was in the room. It was truly a horrible experience and unfortunately now I look at the whole field like it’s a scam.
