2 months so far to get hail damage done. Still don't have my car. Was told it would be ready by closing today. Made a trip back for it. Now told it still needs a part and won't be ready until Monday.
A few months ago, my 2019 Subaru Outback was in a minor fender bender, and as long-time, loyal customers at the Matthews dealerships, we figured that Matthews Collision would be a dependable place to fix my car. It only took them about three days to "fix" the damage on my car, which was nice; however, when returning home, I noticed that my front bumper and fender were misaligned.
