They are figuring it out..
Not professional at all.. can't give straight answers.. does not know what the other employees are doing. And I believe they lied to me.. saying they did a "complete tear down".. and then they said they might find more damage.. like it just might be never ending of finding more damage. Not a very comfortable experience.
