Sent my wife’s 2015 Equinox to Matthew’s Collision and just absolutely blown away. These folks were amazing every step of the way. Professional and down to earth at the same time, kept us updated with the progress every step of the way and the car came out beautiful. Such a great crew of people so when we needed them for my 2024 Ram Warlock they were there and happy to help. The only collision center we will use!!!
The folks who work here are unprofessional and incompetent. I paid in cash for work. (I had a small dent and busted a rear reflector). They kept my car for days, waiting for insurance, after I had already explained that I would be paying out of pocket. In all that time, they still failed to order the parts I needed. Don't even bother with this place. They have had my truck for almost 2 months and it was supposed to be done a week ago. I call the day it is supposed to be done I get told that they are waiting for more parts and it will done another day. This has happened 4 times now. They are completely disorganized and I keep getting the run around. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Stay far away.
The people are wonderful to work with! Always willing to go the "extra mile" to satisfy my needs. They deal directly with the insurance company, if needed. My Camaro looks great!
