I had Matthews Brothers Plumbing come out on two different occasions for service on our tankless water heaters. Both times, Craig was our plumber and did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and made sure to explain each step of what he was doing, which helped me feel comfortable with the work. I had several questions and he took the time to answer them all.
