Recently I discovered a slow air leak from one of my tires, a day before leaving for vacation. We took my friend’s vehicle on the trip but I knew I needed a quick repair upon my return. I called Matthew’s and they were very accommodating and gave me an appointment on the same day I called. I told them I would be trading the car in for a new one and wanted to avoid a costly repair (new tires) if possible. The technician was able to safely repair my tire quickly and inexpensively. They are the best!
Great service on my car in a timely manner, always proactive on what needs to be done on my vehicle.
Great experience with Matthews Automotive! Everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. The service was quick without sacrificing quality, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. Highly recommend!
We have been customers of Matthews Auto for many many years. The quality of their service is exceptional. Our vehicles receive the best of care. And our experiences interfacing with Adam inspire confidence. He is a perfectionist. Also Ashley who holds down the office has superb customer service skills.
