I took my Lexus in for a valve cover gasket change, and a tune up.I carried it back bc I still had a leak and a miss fire that they caused. I get it back and still have a miss fire,which they caused.I would not carry my car there.I will see you in court,bc it seems you won't fix your mistakes
Paid for an alternator install 4 months ago. Brought it back last week after it failed. Was told Tuesday, didn't get it until Thursday night - after hours. Still not fixed. Stranded on Hwy 411 in a dangerous spot with no help offered. Unacceptable. I'll be hiring my own mechanic and taking this to small claims if not resolved. I'd rather not go this route, but this has gone too far.
Not happy at all with Junior and his employees. I'm the guy that printed up all his keychains and ink pens and magnet football schedules with his business info printed on them. Well Junior wrote me a bad check that bounced and he never took care of it and Everytime I called to talk to him about it his son and employees lie to that he's not in and none of them tried to help me get the problem resolved. It's been 3 years and they still haven't paid us instead they dirt bagged us and ripped us off I wouldnt recommend this shop ... read more
These people went above and beyond to get me on the road after having to evacuate for hurricane Milton. They showed kindness to a stranger and fixed my vehicle. They are skilled, fair , and wonderful people. I pray for their success.
