I had internet Accountant for over a year and they messed my books up so bad that it's costing me over $1500 to have my new bookkeepers fix it. Lisa Mayo is EXTREMELY RUDE and refused to help after I cancelled. Even if it was to send info that I paid them to work on during the time I was a customer. She talks down to you like she expects you to be an expert. If I was an expert, I wouldn't have the need to hire bookkeepers, I would just do it myself.
