I recently had my new patient visit with NP Matt. Matt was great. He was professional, personable and caring. He took the time to look through my records on MyChart and listened to my questions and concerns. Nurse Becca was great also. Awesome personality. Check in and check out were a breeze. The phlebotomist was the best I've ever had. Great appointment.
Matt is a true professional. He explains my issues (which I have a few) in great detail, providing me with options on how to proceed and making recommendations for specialists if he sees the need. And he always takes the time to listen to my complaints without judgement or chastisement. P.S. His assistant Becca is great too. She listens to my life's complaints while taking my BP and inputting data into the My Chart system. And she doesn't complain back that I talk too much! This office has a great staff all around.
