I wanted to have lab work done. Unknown to me lab work must be done in the a.m. my appointment was at 2 pm. Then why schedule me for an appointment which lasted less than 3 minutes with Dr Young? I found him to be short, rude with zero patient (customer) consideration. Of course I paid a $40 copay for the hassle (I live on Smith Lake). And was told to wait another 45 days for the next appointment after my lab work was complete. I already waited 45 days for this appointment. Guess what Matthew, I vote with my wallet. Great Doctor and staff. Listened to my issues and quickly resolved them. Provided clear and concise instructions moving forward. I would highly recommend.
I live 2 hours away but had to go to the ER here while I was in town visiting family. Had 2 large kidney stones stuck so I was treated by Dr. Matthew Young. I stayed in town for a month to continue treatment with him. I have had numerous urologists and he by far has been the best! Had less pain after surgery with him and he is very caring and professional. 100 percent recommended! I will continue seeing him and making the 2 hour drive when needed!
He is one of the best. Staff is great also. I would highly recommend.
