Dr. K had the worst bedside manner that I've ever had the chance of experiencing. He was degrading and talked down to my other half the entire time. Then when I interjected trying to inform him of his previous history he turned his back on me and didn't acknowledge me at all. Helping people should be the priority. It shouldn't be making someone who's in severe pain feel even more horrendous. I was disappointed and saddened that the heartland is losing its heart.
