I will NEVER return. I have been their client for years and never saw the doctor, instead nurse/pa. I pointed out to her three times over course of over a year mark on the tip of my nose that would bleed. She said it was just nothing. Finally she did biopsy and receptionist called me to refer me to skin cancer center and said is was SUPERFICIAL basal cell cancer. It was not. Go here if you want to end up with topical steroid withdrawal. Doctors don't seem to realize that applying these meds to the face is unsafe. This condition is a total nightmare and has ruined my life. You should know that the face and eyelids absorb 30% more of this drug into your system. When they didn't know what to do with me they sent me off and told me they would help me find a team to tackle this and help. Next time I called I basically got brushed off with no help whatsoever. I had an appointment with Dr. Muellenhoff yesterday to check possible moles. I had quite a few and I was worried. He was kind and gracious checking all of them. No cancer thank God. He's an exceptional medical professional. Good that I don't have to go down to Auburn and wait 6 months.
My husband who was diagnosed with Melanoma and has been followed by Dr.M for 5+ years was told that this office is not making any appointments until 2023. So do we wait until a scheduled 2023 appmt and take our chances, or work within the sick care system and find and wait for another derm to review recent scary spots? Not cool!
