I'm currently working with Matt on my third transaction since buying my first home, and he continues to be nothing short of amazing. He's knowledgeable, personable, and consistently goes above and beyond. I was initially hesitant about working with such a large corporation for my mortgage, but he put those worries to rest — Chase has been great, and Matt has made this process a genuine pleasure every time.
Very disappointed, I spent time filling out all the requested paperwork, only to be left with no guidance. I’ve had to keep following up, and neither mortgage representative nor his manager responds. Buying a home is stressful enough without having to chase people down for basic communication.
