Matt is an extremely professional and knowledgeable realtor. He handled everything for my 91 year old mother’s house listing and sale, and was very responsive while guiding my mom through the entire process. I highly recommend him to all buyers and sellers; he listed the house and sold it within two weeks, at the very first open house!!
Matthew was always available by phone...I live in Florida and was selling my condo in NJ! Although I never met him, he was there to answer all my questions, recommend a handyman, a contractor, Frank, who was terrific, a cleaning service, and lawyers to handle my closing. We closed within five days of listing my condo....for $10,000 more than we listed it for! Matthew is a pleasure to work with....he knows what he is doing!!!
