The best practice I have ever been to. Professional, friendly, informative, prompt, and helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better health care experience.
I have been going to Matthew Keaton for several years now. He always takes my concerns seriously. He doesn't talk down to his patients. Matthew will clearly explain the path(s) you need to go down for resolution. The only con I can think of... he keeps expectations high for other members of the medical community. When you don't get the same treatment elsewhere, you wish you were dealing with Keaton and the staff there. Thank you to everyone at Reedy.
