Love this doctor and his staff. Very knowledgeable and he listens. Front office staff are always very polite and helpful. All together, great office. Would recommend.
I absolutely love Dr. Balls but I’m switching to a new doctor's office all together because I scheduled an appointment and the “soonest” his office could get me in, was 6 months! Then the office calls 3 weeks before my long awaited appointment & rescheduled me by leaving me a voice message, in 6 more months!! I’m sorry but I can’t wait a year to see a doctor! Very disappointed in my experience with this office. Shirley at the front desk is very disrespectful and unprofessional. Trying to get proper care for my mother was not a concern for her. We were given incorrect information from the dr’s assistant and it was a nightmare getting this office to understand there mistake/lie, honestly just trying to communicate with them was challenging. Went to Dr. Balls because of severe stomach pain and vomiting. He never even examined me. He stood across the room and spoke to me. What kind of doctor doesn't even perform an examination? He listened to my symptoms and said it could be; lactose intolerance, ulcer, IBS, pancreatic cancer, or several other things. He thought the "easiest" thing to do was start me on a 2 week trial of ulcer medicine and avoid dairy. He said call back after 2 weeks with an update to determine the next step.
