I walked in and honestly had a really great experience with Matt and his team. They were friendly, helpful, and made everything easy to understand. Plus, I got a great price when bundling my home and auto. Definitely recommend!
I have used agent Matthew Starr in the past, and have used him again as of current! Thank goodness for his existence because he has made impossible ways come to reality. He has literally saved my little family financially when I made a current decision to go get a new mom-car.; Every parent knows how its like having to deal with expenses of a toddler.
They are the worst insurance providers in the area. I wish I can give zero rating here, initially they charged me for two insurance for almost one year(I got reimbursed after the end of the year). I asked my agent to give me revised rates as all other companies are offering me in the Half price. They said Mr.Matthew is very busy he will look into this. I never heard back from Mr.Matthew. I have not seen anything more unprofessional than this. Allstate should cancel this agency’s license to save companies reputation.
Mo and Matt were the best assisted me with my issues kept me In The loop reassured me and even got me a lower rate in the process couldn’t ask for a better insurance company
Magda Lopez in Matthew's office was fantastic and incredibly helpful. She helped me navigate through outdated policy —a mistake with AllState in Washington, patiently waited for me on an hour-long call with another AllState agent to get my obsolete policy removed and payments refunded. Thanks Magda!
