The tenderness of the nurses and doctors was a real blessing. Even though it was early on a Monday morning you could not tell from inside this facility everyone was going about their business very pleasant and encouraging to the staff and patients alike. As we all know that is not common these days unfortunately. Thank you for being the exception!
Terrible customer service experience I just called Gastro Health to schedule an appointment, and it was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The representative I spoke with acted as if they didn’t want to work there and treated me with complete indifference. On top of that, they hung up the phone without saying anything. When I tried calling back, no one answered. This is unacceptable behavior, especially from a healthcare organization that’s supposed to care about people.
