I've worked with Matt two times - recently on the sale of my home and five prior to that when I purchased it. Both times he did a great job. He is a consummate professional: knowledgeable of real estate laws, he performs tasks competently, he is responsive and often anticipates what needs to be done, and he's very courteous.
