Doctor took the time to listen and suggested adding a medication that may help symptoms.
Excellent doctor. Very thorough and preventative medicine
My issue is not with the level of care. Dr. Schoenfeld is a great doctor. My issue is with the lack of communication by the office staff. When I arrived to a full waiting room, I asked the receptionist if the doctor was running behind, to which she replied “yes”. Long story short, 85 minutes in the waiting room with not a word from anybody apologizing for the wait, other than the doctor.
Great doctor, he was on time and very thorough. He’s kind and answered all my questions. Staff is very polite.
