The way nurse sanchez spoke to my family is disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. An NP at a dermatology office prescribing heart meds to a child with nothing but adverse effects. Unprofessional and malpractice at its finest
I started about a year ago with the Matthew Sanchez Medical Office as a "walk-in" patient for dermitology. Yesterday, I stopped at their primary care office for a consultation with a hearing problem. Once again, having no prior appointment, I was accepted without delay and received the needed treatment. These are just wonderful compassionate people , all of them, starting with Matthew, Sr. as well as all the fine professional staff members working with him. Thank you all from the top and from the bottom of my heart.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. My concerns were not listened to, new treatment options were not discussed, and NP Sanchez spent 10 minutes soapboxing about how bad my hometown is - horribly offensive. Nothing gained but frustration and the bill!
I love this office two years ago. Family ran, everyone very nice. It started a year ago I came in not feeling well and used the restroom. My daughter 3 at the time picked two small flowers the size of a quarter of an artificial plant. I seen she had them when we got home and I put them up . I received a call at 730pm from the office so of course I thought my test came back with something bad. Nope it was Matthew himself calling to ask for the flowers back ……. Ok got over that. I get it.
