Matt was the best broker that I have ever worked with - hands down. He was incredibly thorough, hardworking and always a step ahead. He went above and beyond and made the process (selling a co-op in NYC) both pleasant and seamless - the opposite of what I had been expecting. I cannot recommend him strongly enough.
