Didn't spend more than 5 min with me as a new patient. Was more concerned about training/learning about some talk to text documentation system during my visit with the salesperson present. Told me to "wait a week" to feel better from an infection and when I did call back after getting progressively worsening symptoms with a respiratory illness he was in surgery all day so I couldn't get antibiotics until the end of the day. I was diagnosed with throat cancer, and was in need of an ENT doctor for my care. I was fortunate to get an appointment with Dr. Hensler. He was caring and thorough, and impressed my radiologist and oncologist by submitting his report to them the day of my appointment. Excellent!
Dr Hensler was informative, attentive and had great doctor personality. Would recommend him to anyone.
