I had a smooth and efficient colonoscopy with Dr Berger last week. I got my results in the 5 days that he promised, via a personal message from him in My Chart. His team at the Desmet Ct. Surgery Center location was friendly and organized. I had to wait a little longer for a 3pm appointment, but it was worth the wait. The office was very quiet at the end of the day…and I was in and out very quickly. The environment there was uplifting, with a very nice atmosphere…and very serene.
Had a colonoscopy today. Dr. Berger answered all of my questions before the procedure. I am on blood thinners, and his office coordinated the prep with the Coumadin clinic. No discomfort, and no problems. His staff and nurses were great.
Saw this this doctor for over 4 months after my surgery when I had chronic diarrhea. He put me through lots and lots of tests but never had anything concrete to say afterwards. When he gave me medicine that made everything worse all he did was say I need to take it for 2 weeks even if I was bleeding afterwards. I finally cut ties with him because he said he had no idea what my problem was and after I did that he immediately called other doctors and told them not to see me.
