Great security. Affordable rent. Don't have food delivery unattended. Most of the tenants are friendly.
I saw a friend who lives there. I lived there for 18 years but moved to Park St when they did the building renovations in 2021. I have some fond memories of there - my BFF lived there until he passed away
I don't know what's going on at this building. I went to care for my son, who's a resident, and my rental car was towed. We told the driver that my son resides there, but to no avail. They towed my car, but can't get rid of the mice, and addicts passed out in the building.
