I have been with StateFarm for several years in different states. The only reason for being with StateFarm is the customer service experience I had in those several years. They were very approachable and supportive. But very sad and sorry to say that this is the most disappointing one. Firstly I never get to communicate with the agent I am allocated, Everytime I call to speak to him I was told he is out of office or he is on another appointments.
