They were courteous, timely, and explained everything to my understanding. I am impressed. Dr. Ritter was showed genuine concern.
Dr. Ritter was kind enough to fit me in when my regular Dr. got sick. He is one of the best eye doctors I've had the privilege of being seen by. The office was understaffed that day but did the best they could to see everyone.
They were courteous, timely, and explained everything to my understanding. I am impressed.
Dr. Ritter was an unexpected Optometrist assigned to me in place of Dr. Zink. I assume Dr. Zink who chose to not be referred to as my Optometrist but rather as my Ophthalmologist, assigned Dr. Ritter to serve me as an Optometrist. Thus far, I am content having him serve the management of my optical needs in partnership with Dr. Ritter. I like being served in one location by two capable eye specialists. I am satisfied with the apparent condition of my post surgical eyes.
Dr Ritter is a fine communicator. His explanations give me peace.
