I had an awful experience with Dr. Matthew Richter. I went in for a routine physical, but he charged me for additional services I never requested. This included an additional non hospital visit and some other bogus services I never received. Dr. Richter assumed it was a follow-up from a previous visit, but no follow-up was ever scheduled by either of us. Dr. Richter was very thorough and understanding. He made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my concerns.
