The office staff were very respectful and courteous. They were not rushed and spent the necessary time with me to go over my concerns, answer questions, and provide detailed information about my injury. Dr Matthew Reiner was personable and friendly. He was thorough and explained the recovery pathway so I know what to expect. I felt welcome and genuinely cared for.
I went to Dr. Reiner after dislocating my toe and was dreading the appointment, but the staff made it a surprisingly pleasant experience. They were very professional and personable. Dr. Reiner managed to put the toe bone put back in place without any pain and I’m so thankful for his help. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a podiatrist.

This was my first visit with Dr. Reiner, and I was extremely impressed with the whole experience. His staff was professional, friendly, and courteous. The doctor listened to my symptoms, history, and concerns. After examining my foot, he gave his diagnosis and several treatment options, asking for my input on all. He even asked about my insurance so I could make decisions from a cost/benefit perspective. I will have a follow up in about three weeks, so stay tuned.
