I have a rare condition and Dr. Norris goes above and beyond for me. He is very prompt in answering portal messages. Extremely easy to schedule with. He always spend a good amount of time with me and never rushes me. We have worked out a treatment plan best for me and are working together on goals for my health. Everyone in the office is very pleasant.
After dealing with an allergy that dictates much of my daily life, I was excited to finally be referred to a specialist and hopefully start to unravel a course of action. I was shocked to be able to get in with him in under 2 weeks, but would understand why that was possible after my appointment. I arrived early and was checked in promptly which was great. It was pure luck that I found a next day appointment open online with Dr. Norris and when I called the office in the morning to confirm it was in fact a true availability, it was. Dr. Norris spoke directly to my son regarding his concerns and to educate him on what the process was going to be for sorting out his particular situation. He and his office were able to schedule all of the initial testing my son needs before the start of school. Dr. Mathew Norris was phenomenal with my son. He spent over an hour with us and reassured us that he could help my son with his asthma issues. We could tell that Dr. Norris really cares about his patients and helping them feel better.
