I've been a patient of his for 10 years and I have never been more disappointed with him and Novant as I am this year. I was billed for two well care appointments (the second billing b/c my appointment time allegedly went over 30 minutes). I know I was not in there for that amount of time. Disputing the billing was denied by Novant. The fact that I'm getting charged for something I didn't receive is irking me to no end. I never feel rushed with Dr Messier. He always takes his time and listens to my questions and/or concerns.
