I was so nervous about this procedure and he and his team explained everything and answered all of my questions in a kind and understanding manner. I'm sure my medical procedure went well after having met Dr. Quallick and Nurse Laura at the Franklin medical office, due to their excellent "bedside manor" and genuine concern for my care and safety. My wife and I felt very comfortable relying upon them for my very life. They were both very informative and attentive to their jobs simultaneously.
Dr. Quallick provided one of the best experiences I’ve had at Kaiser. He listened carefully and I never felt as though he was rushed. He asked great questions and was willing to grapple with a complex clinical situation. Additionally, he was compassionate and concerned that I follow up in case what he was recommending was not effective. I’m grateful to have been scheduled with him.
