Dr Purkey was very nice and seemed like he cared about me. And although he couldn't help me or the issues I'm having, I would still recommend him and would go back to him if needing an ENT in the future. Best part I didn't have to wait hardly at all. In fact, they called me back before I even finished my paperwork. Not sure if the time of my appt played a part in that cuz it was shortly after their lunch hour or what, but I was definitely impressed. My appt was on my lunch hour, and I was only 10 mins late.
